Went on a run this morning. It turned out really good. Went real good honestly!

Went to do a push workout and my shoulder wouldn’t let me. So frustrating! Ended up doing a mildly productive leg workout.

I almost stayed in bed, but I’ve decided to get up and go play basketball. I’m really glad that I did. I also changed it up and did not wear any shoe inserts or ankle braces. Things went fine and my feet and ankle didn’t hurt so bad that I limp for an hour and a half Like last week

Played basketball and I didn’t die! Scored a few points, made a few baskets. My foot was hurting after and my hip was acting weird for a while and my neck is still stiff. But I’ll go back.

Jumped on the Peloton today. My shoulder still hurts quite a bit. Worse than ever to be honest. So frustrated.
